Hello! Welcome to Krafty Jewels. We are a small business dedicated to your fashion needs. Whether it is the perfect dress, fashion jewelry, electronic accessories or that perfect custom floating locket. We started in March of 2013 under the name JMKJ. In 2014 we decided JMKJ needed a name more committed to our brand. The name just came into our owner's head one random night and stuck.

 

2016, is a year of creativity; with that, Krafty Jewels is adding Indie Nail Polish to our stock! All handmade, 5 free and cruelty free by our owner.

Returns and Exchanges?

 

RETURNS: All returns require Returns Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact store for RAN. Returns are accepted if the product does not work as intended, within 3 days after delivery date. Any mis-use, mis-handling or purposely caused damage to the purchased product is not a cause for return. Any wearable products will only be returnable in exact condition arrived, within 3 days after received. Including but not limited to all tags and stickers intact, not worn, washed or damaged. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return of the product. Items returned in any condition, listed above, as less than perfect, will not be refunded. No refunds for buyers remorse.

 

Floating lockets are not refundable, nor are any of the locket charms or add-ons. Nail Polish is Not Refundable.

 

NOTE: Please make sure sizing is accurate. Restocking fees may apply. Preorder items are non returnable/refundable. Lockets and locket chains are not hyporallergenic.

 

EXCHANGES: Only allowed if identical clothing items are in stock, and only a different size is needed. Must be returned in exact condition arrived, included but not limited to all tags and stickers intact, not worn, washed or damaged. Must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery date. If exchanging for a different item, of lesser value, a restocking fee will apply. Restocking fee will be 20% of the value of original item purchased and will be added to exchange purchase.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

 

Not currently. Looking into shipping options for future. We currently offer shipping through USPS and FedEx. Standard rates apply, including shipping lockets. Krafty Jewels is not responsibe for any lost, stolen or damaged items after shipped, in transit or after delivered (includes lockets and polish).

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local shipping service. All preorder items can take anywhere from 10 to 14 business days depending on processing time. Lockets on preorder will take upto the full two week period. After lockets are received for the custom order, they will be boxed up and shipped out the next business day. All locket preorders will have constant contact on the status. Polish orders can take up to two weeks based on order.

By purchasing from Krafty Jewels, you are agreeing to hold harmless the owners and or employees from any liability or injury (intentional or accidental) resulting from the wear, use or ownership of any of our item/items.
